Graduate School of Professional Development for Educational Design and Management

Educating Professional Persons Engaged in Educational Design and Management in a Knowledge Society

The graduate program we offer is designed for professional and academic persons working in educational institutions and for students planning a future career in education.
Our faculty offers course programs that foster the ability to use a methodology based on strategic thinking to identify and solve problems that penetrate beyond differences in system or culture that exist between K-12 education and higher education.
Graduates will be expected to practice scientific methodology to design, develop, and manage innovations in their school and university workplaces. Our graduates learn to incorporate into their educational design interdisciplinary and scientific approaches to education and management. We want them to be leaders who can show initiative in their managerial activities and who can analyze changing global circumstances and react accordingly.
