Fostering Pharmaceutical Specialists
The Doctoral Course in the Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Graduate School of Pharmacy (four-year course) was established for the purpose of fostering specialists who can contribute to the academic field of pharmaceutical science. Through this course graduates develop advanced, unique, and creative research skills that can be used for the maintenance and improvement of people's health and in the advancement of healthcare. They also will have acquired advanced expertise, techniques, and leadership capabilities that can be deployed in the development of new occupational aptitudes. In this four-year program of education and research activities, we aim to train medical specialists able to acquire and fully understand information on the latest medical and life sciences; who can think flexibly, beyond the present limitations of their profession; who display foresight in reading future trends; and who have the dynamism to take action and pave the way for a new era.
